本文采用多目标遗传算法结合近似模型方法,对离心压气机叶轮优化设计程中叶片各个设计参数的变化对于叶轮气动与强度性能的影响进行了研究,更深刻地了解各个参数分别对叶轮气动和强度性能的影响程度,并在此基础上采用可行性解的选择策略来寻求优化设计点,优化后的结果能够满足叶轮气动与强度性能的要求,表明该方法具有一定的工程实用价值。
In this paper, the multi-objective genetic algorithm combined with the approximate model method is used to study the influence of various design parameters on the aerodynamic and strength properties of the impeller during the optimization design of the centrifugal compressor impeller. A more profound understanding of the influence of each parameter on the aerodynamic and strength The influence degree of the performance of the impeller is studied. Based on this, the selection strategy of the feasibility solution is used to seek the optimal design point. The optimized result can meet the requirements of the aerodynamic and strength performance of the impeller. It shows that the method has some engineering practical value.
