Objective To evaluate if a history of recurrent implantation failure an independent factor adversely affecting the outcome of implantation rate in women undergoing IVF/ET treatment.Material and Methods This was a single-center, retrospective cohort study of a consecutive series of 6376 day 3 embryo transfer cycles following IVF between January 2005 and August 2012.None of the subjects underwent endometrial scratch/injury immediately prior to the index treatment cycle, or received IVIG, steroid, DHEA, intralipid or heparin during the treatment.
