　　Objective The role of rapamycin in pancreas stem cells remains to be clearly elucidated.Methods The apoptosis,proliferation and the expression of transcription factors of pancreas stem cells were determined with rapamycin treatment.For in vivo study,the cells were transplanted into kidney subcapsule of normal nude mice and treated with rapamycin.
