In this study,vacuum freeze drying experiment was performed to analyze the primary drying phase of poly γ glutamic acid.The temperature of heating plate are considered as important factor which affects the primary drying phase of poly γ glutamic acid.In terms of the primary drying conditions,the moisture contents of dried sample,drying time,sample temperature and pressure change were measured.The initial thickness of sample was fixed at 5mm.
