Transcriptional regulation plays a central role in plant hormone signaling.At the core of transcriptional regulation is the Mediator, an evolutionarily conserved, multi-subunit complex that serves as a bridge between gene specific transcription factors and the RNA polymerase machinery to regulate transcription.
