　　Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of full endoscopic discectomy through interlaminar approach for L5S 1 lumbar disc herniations.Methods: From December 2013 to March 2014,9 cases with L5S1 intracanal sequested disc herniation were treated with full endoscopic through interlaminar approach.
