随着混合动力车辆(HEV)的日益普及应用,产生的电磁兼容(EMC)问题逐渐引起了人们的重视。HEV内部集成了大量的高压、大功率电子器件,采用传统燃油车的EMC试验方法并不完全适用于HEV的测试。本文提出了HEV测试的基本试验配置,以关键部件电源逆变器、电机为例,对测试配置进行了详细的说明。最后,谈到了负载和转速变化的瞬态过程测试,以及人工电源网络(AN)在HEV试验中遇到的问题。
With the increasing popularity of hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs), the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) problems gradually attracted people’s attention. HEV internal integration of a large number of high-voltage, high-power electronic devices, the use of traditional fuel truck EMC test method is not fully suitable for HEV test. In this paper, the basic experimental configuration of HEV test is proposed. Taking the key components of power inverter and motor as examples, the test configuration is described in detail. Finally, we talked about transient process testing of load and speed variations, as well as problems encountered by the artificial power network (AN) in HEV testing.
