  In this paper,we studied the reproductive toxicity of CdSe/ZnS QDs on the ovarian functions of female mice.The BABL/c female mice were divided into 4 groups and subcutaneously injected 100 μL phosphate buffer solution (control group) or 100 μL CdSe/ZnS QDs at the concentration of 0.1 nmol/L,1.0 nmol/L and 5.0 nmol/L (treated groups) for 14 consecutive days,respectively.After administration,the estrous cycle,the distribution of QDs in mouse ovary and the oocyte nuclear maturation were checked by microscopes.
