　　OBJECTIVE:To screen the differential gene expression and related pathways of fetal skeletal malformations of mice by deoxynivalenol.And to explore the mechanism of DON to bone deformities in molecular level METHODS:DON injection was performed from days 7 to 10 of pregnancy by way of intraperitoneal (i.p.) injection into pregnant mice.
