　　Aims: To summarize the clinical features,imaging features and treatment principles of intracranial cavernous malformations(CMs),and to provide evidence for the effective treatment of intracranial CMs.Methods: The clinical data of 127 patients with intracranial CMs that were treated by microsurgical resection during the period of September 2005 to September 2011 were analyzed retrospectively.
