  The 0.8 hectares plant plot at the eco-reclamation area in Pingshuo opencast coal mine was established for monitoring the plant community after the mixed reforestation of locust tree (Robinia pseudoacacia) and pine (Pinus tabuliformis).Taking the restored vegetations as the research objects,and applying the R programming language,changes of the species composition,size structure and static life tables were conducted,the curves of survival were drawn,and spacial pattern was analyzed to explore the community structure and dynamics during the process of vegetation restoration of opencast coal mine at semiarid area.The results were as follows.
