　　the research project was funded by Science & Technology Bureau of Shenyang.Several benzimidazole derivatives were synthesized in this paper, including two novel compounds,2-[3-(4-morpholino) propylthio]-5-(difluromethoxy) benzimidazole (abbr.As BM-1) and 2-[3-(4-morpholino)ethylthio]-5-(difluromethoxy) benzimidazole (abbr.as BM-2).
