　　Introduction: Chemerin,an adipokine and inflammatory cytokines,is highly expressed in adipose and liver tissues and plays an important role in regulating adipocyte differentiation,lipolysis and glucose homeostasis.More and more experiment and clinical data indicated that circulating chemerin were elevated in numerous metabolic and inflammatory diseases and associated with the severity of the inflammatory diseases,such as obesity,metabolic syndrome,type 2 diabetes and coronary artery disease.
