介绍检测血过氧化脂质(LPO)的硫代巴比妥酸荧光方法,对标本的存放时间,标本荧光衰减,检测血清与全血的比较,以及Fe(+++)和EDTA对LPO值的影响等几个实验条件进行了研究和讨论。86名健康人的血清测值为3.93±0.91μmol/L,血LPO随年龄增长增高,但男女各年龄组间无显著差别。
This article introduces the thiobarbituric acid fluorescence method for detecting LPO, the storage time of samples, the fluorescence decay of sample, the comparison between serum and whole blood, and the effect of Fe (+++) and EDTA on LPO value The impact of several experimental conditions were studied and discussed. Serum levels of 86 healthy people were 3.93 ± 0.91μmol / L, blood LPO increased with age, but no significant difference between men and women of all age groups.
