Reflector antenna is a kind of typical electronic equipment with integration of mechanical and electromagnetic parameters.The ultimate goal of design is to have both of the excellent electrical and structural performance.As the Deep Space Network technology continues to evolve, the detection range increases, and the demand of high-gain antenna grows considerably.One of fundamental methodologies is to increase the diameter and frequency of antenna.The diameter of full steerable reflector antenna under construction and preparation has currently reached tens of meters or even one hundred meters in china.Undoubtedly it presented unprecedented challenges to the structural design.The optimal design method based on the model of the mechanical and electrical coupling model innovates the status of electrical and mechanical separation exhaustively.The electromagnetic performance of microwave reflector antenna will be decreased because of the deformation under loads such as gravity, wind, temperature and so on.
