掺杂纳米硅的制备与电输运特性研究

采用甚高频等离子体增强化学气相沉积(VHF-PECVD)系统制备了一系列不同硼掺杂浓度的氢化非晶硅薄膜。然后对原始样品进行800℃退火处理，使薄膜由非晶结构向晶化结构转变，得到含有纳米晶粒的掺杂纳米硅薄膜。

电磁波技术的广泛应用导致电磁干扰与污染日益严重，采取电磁屏蔽措施能够有效地防范这些危害。实验采用不同的方法分散镍纤维屏蔽介质，然后掺入到水泥材料中制得水泥基复合屏蔽材料，研究了屏蔽介质的分散方式、掺量、试样厚度对屏蔽性能的影响：利用四探针测试仪、电子探针等手段表征了复合材料的电导率和屏蔽介质的分散均匀性。

不同形貌Ti-O基纳米结构的可控制备与形成机制探讨

利用碱辅助水热法实现了Ti-O基纳米管、纳米带和纳米结构微球的合成。通过TEM、SEM等手段对所制备的纳米结构进行表征。当采用商品级锐钛矿TiO2为原料,热水处理温度为180℃、碱的浓度为10mol/L,当热处理48h可以得到Ti-O基纳米带时。
