Posterior indirect reduction and pedicle screw fixation without laminectomy for Denis B type thoraco

　　PURPOSE: To evaluate the efficacy of posterior indirect reduction and pedicle screw fixation without laminectomy for the treatment of Denis B type thoracolumbar burst fractures with incomplete neurologic deficit.METHODS: Thirty-six consecutive patients of Denis B type thoracolumbar burst fractures with incomplete neurologic deficit between March 2008 and May 2012 were enrolled in this study.All patients underwent posterior indirect reduction and pedicle screw fixation without laminectomy.
