　　In this talk,we introduce a hydrodynamic model describing the propagation of electromagnetic waves in metamaterial.A discontinuous Galerkin method has been designed for the solution of the model.Several numerical solutions,including the second and third harmonics generation,are reproduced using the method and the model.
