　　Previous research suggests that the interaction of germ cells and somatic cells is important in gonad development.However, the exact functions of somatic cells in germ cell development remain largely unknown due to a lack of direct in vivo evidence.In this study, a genital ridge (GR)-deficient mouse model, Wt1R394W/R394W, was used to investigate the roles of GR somatic cells in primordial germ cell (PGC) migration and proliferation.
