资源环境与城乡规划管理专业课程体系设置所面临的首要问题是专业如何定位。本文总结了目前国内相关院校该专业的定位思路，详细介绍了武汉科技大学资源环境与城乡规划管理专业的专业定位和课程体系改革情况，并针对存在的问题，进一步提出基于“精基础+模块”模式的课程体系改革构想。
