共组装靶向聚合物载药胶束抗癌研究

  双亲嵌段聚合物胶束作为一种药物输送体系的载体被广泛研究,其中靶向体系尤其突出。本研究以cyclic(Arg-Gly-Asp-D-Phe-Lys)c(RGDfK)作为靶向基团修饰聚乙二醇-聚己内酯嵌段聚合物(cRGD-PEO-b-PCL),和pH 敏感的聚乙二醇修饰的抗癌药阿霉素(PEG-DOX)为骨架进行共组装形成载药胶束。
