In this paper, we'll present some of the recent development in the field of hetero junction solar cells.In the first part of the presentation, we'll show how a large variety of transparent conductive oxides and Si based intrinsic and doped r layers can be adapted to reduce the parasitic losses and minimize the FF losses.
