内埋型钢混凝土混合结构体系兼有钢结构和混凝土结构刚度大、成本低的优点,在土木工程的高层和超高层建筑中得到广泛应用。由于普通结构设计软件无法实现型钢混凝土节点内部细化计算分析,为解决这一问题,以实际工程常州现代传媒中心为例,采用ANSYS软件,提取内埋型钢混凝土墙与钢梁连接节点相连处各构件的内力,将其施加于该节点的实体模型上进行精细有限元计算分析。检验该节点实体模型内部应力是否满足强度要求、结构设计时节点区域的型钢选取和配筋的合理性,以及混凝土墙的裂缝开展情况。结果表明,ANSYS软件能够准确地完成普通结构设计软件无法完成的复杂结构模型的有限元分析。
The embedded steel-concrete composite structure has the advantages of high rigidity and low cost of both steel structure and concrete structure and is widely used in civil engineering high-rise and super high-rise buildings. It is verified whether the internal stress of the node solid model meets the requirement of strength, the selection of section steel in the node area of the structure design and the rationality of reinforcement and the crack development of the concrete wall. The results show that the ANSYS software can accurately complete the finite element analysis of complex structural models that can not be completed by common structural design software.
