1临床资料患者,男性,45岁,主因1年前于工作时被炸伤阴囊,当时不能自行排尿,出现尿潴留。偶有血性尿液滴出,当地医院行清创、留置造瘘管,未行其他处理。6月前于北京大学第一医院行尿道造影(图1A),发现:“尿道球部狭窄闭锁,长约3.0cm。
