　　Objective: Establish VEGF-gene-modified artificial bone , and explore it's ability to repaire bone defects.Methods: Use molecular biological methods to clone the gene of VEGF, and establish the adenovirus encoding VEGF by using pAd-EASY-1 system.Use real-time PCR and ELISA method to detect the level of VEGF expression of adenovirus transducted MSCs.
