本文运用现代控制理论中系统辨识最小二乘法对高炉系统进行辨识,建立了高炉铁水含硅预报数学模型。通过对系统的阶跃动态响应分析,推导出各操作变量与铁水含硅之间的传递函数。
In this paper, the identification system of blast furnace is identified by the system identification least square method in modern control theory, and the mathematical model of blast furnace hot metal containing silicon is established. Through the step-by-step dynamic response analysis of the system, the transfer function between each manipulated variable and silicon in molten iron was deduced.
