目的:测量X线平片上少年儿童RA/T值及探讨其在先天性心脏病的诊断价值。方法:测定156例正常少儿后前立位胸片上右下肺动脉(RA)的宽径与3~4胸椎处气管横径(T)之比值,再回顾性测量手术证实的7例少儿先心病胸片上的RA/T值。结果:156例正常少儿RA/T值显示在≤0.80的7例,占4.5%;≤0.90的51例,占32.7%;≤1.0的153例。占98.1%;>1.0的3例,占1.9%。7例先心病中,PDA、ASD及有大的缺损的VSD。其RA/T值均>1.1;而PS及小缺损的VSD,其RA/T值<1.0。结论:RA/T值是衡量肺动脉血流量多寡的重要参数,在平片诊断先心病中具有一定的参考价值。
Objective: To measure the RA / T value of children and adolescents on X-ray and to explore its diagnostic value in congenital heart disease. Methods: The ratio of the width of right lower pulmonary artery (RA) to tracheal diameter (T) of thoracic spine at 3 ~ 4 was measured in 156 cases of normal children.
