介绍了一种新型的、炼钢车间用电炉或精炼炉石墨电极接长力矩扳手的工作原理和结构特点,并通过受力分析及解相应力学方程,得出了有关最优设计参数,同时对力矩扳手主要零部件的设计和强度校核作了阐述。
The working principle and structural characteristics of a new type of steel wrench with a graphite electrode in a steelmaking workshop or a refining furnace are introduced. The optimal design parameters are obtained through stress analysis and solution of the corresponding mechanical equations. The main parts of the torque wrench design and strength checking are described.
