The surface morphology of raceway is one of the key factors for the bearings vibration and noise.The paper proposes a novel method,which is using the nanocomposite chemical grinding reagent to deal with the surface of the bearings friction pair.Utilizing the nanocomposite materials physical and chemical characteristics,the method integrates the mechanical grind and chemical abrasion to effectively improve the surface morphology of the scroll raceway and body for reducing the running vibration and noise.During the processing,nanocomposite materials not only have the mechanical grinding effect but also have the electrochemical function.
