Heparin(HP)is extensively used as a blood anticoagulant for surgical operation and treatment of thrombosis since it was first introduced into clinical practice nearly 100 years ago.It also possesses other pharmacological properties pharmacology functions,such as anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor and treating nephrotic syndrome.However,clinical use of HP is limited by hemorrhage and thrombocytopenia.
