复杂体系(如体液、环境及食品样本)中多目标物的快速精准无干扰定量一直是分析化学亟待攻克的难点。基于液相色谱串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)的多重反应监测技术(MRM)作为分析复杂样本的“金标”方法往往需要昂贵的仪器代价及较为复杂的串级质谱条件优化，大大降低实验的效率。
