Background Maximal and stable hyperemia state is mandatory for accurate measurement of fractional flow reserve(FFR).Although continuous infusion of adenosine or adenosine triphosphate (ATP) via the femoral vein is considered to be the gold standard, this requires an additional invasive approach for femoral vein access and may increase the puncture site complications or difficulty during transmdial coronary catheterization. So, we performed this prospective and randomized study to identify the feasibility and efficacy of different peripheral intravenous infusion of ATP during FFR measurement.
