　　Chemotherapy is one of the most effective therapeutic regimens for patients with advanced colon cancer that could not be treated by surgery [1].However,the poisonous side effects and complications of chemotherapeutic drugs restrict their extensive applications [2].The targeting delivery system encapsulating chemotherapy agents can improve the accumulation of drug in the tumor tissue and thereby reduce the side effects [3].
