BACKGROUND: From the beginning of the 21st century, older adults have become the fastest growing segment of the population, and aging has brought serious challenges to China.A large number of the elderly suffered from multiple chronic comorbidities, which has raised specific treatment challenges.Comprehensive geriatric assessment (CGA) as a well-established instrument was widely implemented to improve the care of the elderly.
