Gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) supported by metal oxides attract attention of many researchers due to their unique properties and broad possibilities for applications.Main task of present research was to estimate opportunities of SILD technology both to synthesize AuNPs on the surface of nanostructured SnO2 and In2O3 films, and to control their size.
