以结晶氯化铝、铝粉和硅溶胶为主要原料,溶胶-凝胶法制备A80多晶氧化铝纤维,采用甩丝法成纤。研究了胶体的黏度、胶体流量、胶体温度、热处理升温速率和烧成温度等工艺参数对纤维性能的影响。结果表明制备过程中的工艺参数控制对纤维性能有显著的影响,合理的工艺参数才能得到性能较好的纤维。当胶体的黏度为20Pa.s,流量为100ml/min,温度为30℃时,得到的凝胶纤维平均直径为3.5~4.0μm,渣球含量较少;纤维热处理升温速率为4℃/min时,1100℃烧成的纤维单丝拉伸强度达1100MPa;1200~1300℃为较合适的烧成温度,此时纤维含有较多的稳定相且强度较好。
Crystallization of aluminum chloride, aluminum and silica sol as the main raw material, A80 polycrystalline alumina sol prepared by sol-gel method, using spinning method of fiber. The effects of the processing parameters such as the viscosity of the colloid, the colloidal flux, the colloid temperature, the heat treatment heating rate and the firing temperature on the fiber properties were studied. The results show that the process parameters during the preparation process have a significant effect on the fiber properties, and the reasonable process parameters can obtain the better performance fibers. When the viscosity of colloid is 20Pa.s, the flow rate is 100ml / min and the temperature is 30 ℃, the average diameter of the obtained gel fibers is 3.5-4.0μm and the content of slag balls is less. When the heating rate of fiber is 4 ℃ / min , 1100 ℃ sintered monofilament tensile strength of 1100MPa; 1200 ~ 1300 ℃ for the more appropriate sintering temperature, then the fiber contains more stable phase and better strength.
