Using phenol-sulphate colorimetry determined the contents of polysaccharides in Armillaria mellea fruiting bodies that were 4 batches in different size or integrity and fermentation productions that were mycelium,fermentation broth and their mixture (Armillaria power) and using BHA and VC as positive references assessed polysaccharides ability to remove the free radical of DPPH and Fe3+ reducing power.
