　　In testing for SNPs predictive of treatment efficacy,a common practice is to test for dominant,recessive,and additive effects of each SNP.The minimum p-value of these tests is taken to represent the potential significance of that SNP.The SNPs are then ranked according to their p-values,from smallest to largest.
