以碳酸二乙酯(DEC)和三甘醇(TEG)为原料,KOH/γ–Al2O3为催化剂,通过酯交换缩聚反应合成了成本低、性能优越的聚(碳酸三甘醇)酯二醇(PTEGCDL)。考察了反应条件对该过程的影响,得到了最优合成工艺条件。当催化剂的质量为TEG质量的0.5%时,先常压、150~160℃下反应3 h,然后减压180℃下反应5 h,可得目的产物PTEGCDL。对合成产物的结构进行了表征,并推测了可能的反应机理。
Using poly (ethylene carbonate) (TEG) as raw material and KOH / γ-Al2O3 as catalyst, the poly (ethylene carbonate) glycol ether with low cost and excellent performance was synthesized through transesterification PTEGCDL). The influence of reaction conditions on the process was investigated, and the optimum synthesis conditions were obtained.
