Objective Increasing amount of evidences indicate that long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) play important roles in human diseases including tumors.Recent studies demonstrated that dysregulated lncRNAs may regulate the progression of leukemia, however, the mechanism remains unclear.This study aimed to investigate lncRNAs that are differentially expressed between T-ALL and B-ALL, and their different regulation mechanisms underlying the progression of ALL.Methods LncRNAs and mRNAs microchips were used to examine lncRNAs and mRNAs profilings and differentially expressed lncRNAs were validated using qRT-PCR.LncRNA/mRNA coexpression network was built by bioinformatics.Analysis of leukemia-free survival was performed according to the Kaplan-Meier method.Cell apoptosis and proliferation assays were performed by flow cytometry and CCK-8, respectively.
