牙槽嵴裂的修复在先天性唇腭裂的序列治疗中是必须且重要的环节，自体髂骨游离移植仍然是目前临床上普遍采用的方法，但在对于错过最佳时机和需要种植修复的大多数患者效果不佳，这里介绍一种新型的更为有效的自体骨取材与植入方法。
