利用AMESim软件建立仿真模型,通过与试验数据对比,验证了仿真模型能够准确预测系统各工况的 喷射特性参数。通过仿真模型对低压供油压力、凸轮型线速度、柱塞配合间隙、峰值控制电流、衔铁残余气隙、 阀芯配合间隙、阀芯升程、喷油器开启压力、流量系数和针阀升程等参数的波动对循环喷油量波动的影响进行 了详细的分析,得出各种参数对循环喷油量波动影响的百分比量化指标:随着凸轮转速从500 r/min增加到 1

利用AMESim软件建立仿真模型,通过与试验数据对比,验证了仿真模型能够准确预测系统各工况的 喷射特性参数。通过仿真模型对低压供油压力、凸轮型线速度、柱塞配合间隙、峰值控制电流、衔铁残余气隙、 阀芯配合间隙、阀芯升程、喷油器开启压力、流量系数和针阀升程等参数的波动对循环喷油量波动的影响进行 了详细的分析,得出各种参数对循环喷油量波动影响的百分比量化指标:随着凸轮转速从500 r/min增加到 1 300 r/min,喷油器特性参数影响从44%减小到34% ,阀芯特性参数影响从20%增大到35% ,柱塞特性参数 影响从32%减小到19%,低压供油特性参数影响从4%增大到12%。并且根据试验设计的方法,考虑交互作 用,进行了各种因数与循环喷油量之间的相关性分析,得出了各种因数和循环喷油量之间的相关系数,表明不 但参数的单因数和循环喷油量有相关性,参数交互作用因数和循环喷油量也有相关性。
