　　Phased array structural health monitoring(SHM)process collects a lot of data,which needs many resources to transmit and store.For the reducing of data and transfer storage space,a compressed sensing technique used in ultrasonic phased array signal processing is proposed.Convert the phased array signal into a sparse signal to obtain measurement matrix,and use signal reconstruction algorithm to get the original signal under low sampling rate.
