本文报告了一例Ⅲ期矽肺的尸检结果,病理检查证明:除肺脏外,脾脏是受矽尘危害最严重的脏器,该例脾脏的重量和体积均明显增加,约为正常人的3～4倍,镜检可见大量的矽结节毁损了全脾的白髓部位。文章最后并对矽脾的发生机理进行了讨论。
This paper reports the results of an autopsy of Stage Ⅲ silicosis. The pathological examination showed that the spleen was the most severely damaged organ except silicosis. The weight and volume of the spleen were significantly increased, about 3-4% of normal Times, microscopic examination revealed a large number of silicon nodules damaged the white spleen white parts. The article concludes and discusses the mechanism of sporozoite.
