Heavy metals in sediments from Zhangweinan Canal were detected by ICP-MS.The results indicated that the distribution characteristics of heavy metals, including Cu, Zn, Pb, As and Cr, were in the similar trend, the concentrations of which were in the order of Wei river ＞ Wei canal ＞ New Zhangwei river.

带钢冷连轧机板形控制系统研究

带钢广义板形包括平直度和横向厚差。热轧来料横向厚差直接影响冷轧带钢板形。本研究以梅钢新建1420mm 冷连轧机组为应用载体，针对薄带钢冷连轧板形控制特点，从热轧来料带钢横向厚差与平直度综合检测技术、冷连轧机板形数学模型和自动控制模型等方面进行创新，研究开发了新型的冷连轧机板形控制系统。新板形控制系统自2009年7月投入在线调试和运行，系统运行平稳、可靠，截止到2011年2月底，已累计生产各类冷轧薄

镀锌工艺对镀锌汽车板表面锌花形貌的影响

针对热镀锌汽车板表面的锌花缺陷，研究了锌花形貌的分类。并结合首钢实际生产，对锌液中合金元素、镀锌板冷却速度以及平整变形量等热镀锌工艺参数对锌花形貌的影响进行了系统分析。这对今后控制热镀锌汽车板表面锌花形貌有重要的指导意义。

冷轧汽车板磷化膜质量检测的研究

研究了利用电化学检测技术进行判定冷轧汽车板磷化膜的质量。利用恒电流/恒电位仪，测试磷化膜在磷酸盐溶液中的开路电位与时间的关系曲线，根据该曲线出现拐点的时间来判定磷化膜的质量。研究结果显示：拐点出现的时间t≤300s 时，磷化膜质量差；拐点出现时间300s＜t≤700s 时，磷化膜质量一般；拐点出现时间700s＜t ≤1000s 时，磷化膜质量好；拐点出现时间t＞1000s 时，磷化膜质量很好。
