Sub-health is a state featuring physiological function deterioration between health and illness.
目的 通过对活体肝移植(LDLT)患者术后短期预后的评估，比较MELD 分级与Child 分级的评估差异。方法 回顾26 例终末期肝病患者的移植病例，计算患者入院当天MELD 和Child 分值，结合患者移植术后短期生存状况，利用统计学原理比较两者之间的差异，绘制ROC 曲线，并根据线下面积比较两者预测的准确性。
