The development of paediatric medicines can be challenging since this is a diverse patient population with specific needs.Acceptable palatability of oral paediatric medicinal products is of great important.When developing oral dose forms for adults, it is not considered to be a key issue who can swallow tablets since such products can be film or sugar-coated, thereby masking the taste of the API.
