This paper is a continuation of our work on the theme of developing continuous flow reactors for the pharmaceutical industry.The motivation and advantages were discussed extensively in [1], and in summary: (a) the risks associated with process scale-up can be reduced; (b) scale-up to production could be faster; (c) significant savings can be achieved in plant capital and operating costs; (d) the environmental footprint could be reduced; (e) faster response to market demand achieved; and (f)product inventory could be reduced.

本研究采集天然含藻原水并配制特定藻类数量水样进行前氧化搭配混凝程序实验,探讨加氯前氧化(次氯酸钠及二氧化氯)对藻类细胞特性(藻体结构、叶绿素a与藻类破损程度)之影响,并了解前氧化搭配不同混凝剂(聚硅酸铁及硫酸铝)对含藻原水之混沉效能及上澄液过滤性之影响。研究结果显示,在氧化程序中,次氯酸钠与二氧化氯氧化均能破坏藻类细胞,致使藻类活性降低,提升藻类之沉降性,因二氧化氯氧化对藻类之破坏性较次氯酸钠氧化
本研究主要针对惠勒式快滤池进行丰水期与枯水期两不同时期之TRI值实场试行以探讨在不同水质情况下之试行结果.藉由实场两个快滤操作好坏差异较大滤池(1号池与2号滤池)在枯水期间(水质变动小)各别的三次滤程比较发现,TRI值皆为在0.5-0.6之间,整体变动性相当稳定,因此TRI值无法有效辨别两者之差异进而反映滤床状况差异,所以不利于作为过滤效能操作指标探讨.于丰水期(或水质变动大)时两滤池之TRI值则
