在热管式换热器的实际设计中,有一类问题是设定热管总长度,最佳地分配冷、热段长度L_C和L_H的问题.比值L~*=L_C/L_H的选择与热管和换热器的诸多因素,例如热管的内部结构及工作性能、换热器的结构和尺寸、热流体和冷流体的流速、安全温度点等等有关。本文给出了上述诸因素影响后的热管冷、热段最佳长度比的计算公式,供设计者参考。
