　　Accumulating evidence suggests that stem cells transplantation is an effective therapy for end-stage liver diseases but the underlying mechanisms are largely unknown.Here, we investigated the therapeutic effects of mobilized peripheral blood stem cells (mPBSCs) transplantation on hepatitis B virus (HBV)-related end-stage liver disease patients, and analyzed the phenotypical and functional changes of T-lymphocyte subsets after transplantation.
